OUR POLICY

All clients are required to provide payment information at the time of booking. If an appointment is cancelled within 24 hours prior to the appointment time a Fee of 50% of the services that were booked will be charged to the payment method provided.  If an appointment is cancelled or missed the day of the appointment a Fee of 100% of the services that were booked will be charged to the payment method provided. We know life happens but unfortunately with such short notice the providers will not be able to fill the space or receive compensation without these policies in place.
